Here we describe the computations and how to use them.

Files included are:

PDFGrids.tar.gz : Includes the grid tables for the collinear parts of the TMD PDFs with bmax=0.5 GeV^-1 and bmax=1.5 GeV^-1. 
FFGrids.tar.bz  : Includes the grid tables for the collinear parts of the TMD FFs with bmax=0.5 GeV^-1 and bmax=1.5 GeV^-1.

These files contain 2 directories. PDFGrids
and FFGrids. These directories include tables that the mathematica notebooks tmd.m and tmd1p5.m
and the c++ code tmd.cpp uses.

tmd.m and tmd1p5.m : The interpolation routines
for the collinear pieces (The "A-factors"  arXiv:1101.5057) 
of TMD PDFs and FFs with bmax=0.5 and 1.5 GeV^-1.
They require the tables provided in grids.tar.gz. The grid tables should be in the
same directory as the contents of this file. In a mathematica notebook these files are
called by <<tmd.m or <<tmd1p5.m . The functions that are provided are  
PDFCollinear(parton,x,bT) and FFCollinear(parton,z,bT) for both bmax=0.5 and bmax=1.5 GeV^-1 
scenarios. For bmax=0.5 GeV^-1, partons can be up, down, charm, strange, top, bottom, upbar, 
downbar, charmbar, strangebar, topbar and bottombar for the PDFCollinear function and up, 
down, charm, upbar, downbar and charmbar for the FFCollinear function. 
For bmax=1.5 GeV^-1, 
parton can be up, down, upbar and downbar for both functions. 
For both scenarios 0.001<x<0.69, 0.2<z<0.99 and 0.001<bT<14.99.

tmd_c.tar.gz : C++ version of the interpolation routines for the collinear 
parts of the TMD PDFs and FFs with bmax=0.5 GeV^-1. This uses the tables 
provides in grids.tar.gz. This file contains a header file tmd.h, the implementation
file tmd.cpp an example code example.cpp and a makefile. The grid tables should be  
in the same directory as the contents of this file. Type "make" to compile the
example c++ code which calls the PDFCollinear and FFCollinear functions.

TMDPDFcalc.nb : Example mathematica notebook where the up quark TMD PDF 
is calculated using Eq.(26) from arXiv:1101.5057 for energy scales  Q=sqrt(2.4), 5, 91.19 GeV with 
bmax=0.5 GeV^-1. The collinear pieces "A-factors" of Eq.(23) are obtained using the
tables provided in the grids.tar.gz file and the interpolation routines are 
provided within the mathematica file tmd.m. This is found in tmd_m.tar.gz.
The collinear pieces are provided through the function PDFCollinear(parton,x,bT).

TMDPDFcalc1p5.nb : Example mathematica notebook where up quark TMD PDF 
is calculated using Eq.(26) of arXiv:1101.5057 for energies Q=sqrt(2.4), 5, 91.19 GeV with	
bmax=1.5 GeV^-1. The collinear pieces A	of Eq.23 are obtained using the
tables we provide in the grids.tar.gz file and the interpolation routines are
provided within the mathematica file tmd1p5.m. This is found in tmd_m.tar.gz.
The collinear pieces are provided through the function PDFCollinear(parton,x,bT).

an up quark is calculated using Eq.(31) from arXiv:1101.5057 for energy scales Q=sqrt(2.4), 5, 91.19 GeV 
with bmax=0.5 GeV^-1. The collinear pieces "A" of Eq.(26) are obtained using the
tables provided in the grids.tar.gz file and the interpolation routines are
provided within the mathematica file tmd.m. This is found in tmd_m.tar.gz.
The collinear pieces are provided through the function FFCollinear(parton,z,bT).
